It's been cold up here. The past few mornings have been -15°F in my part of Anchorage. Other parts of town have hit -25°F this week. Winter came early in Anchorage and we are on pace for record setting snowfall in November. Skiing has been terrific in town and in the mountains, but it has also been down-right cold. The Jewel Glacier was surprisingly good on Friday morning. 12-18" of fresh blanketed the upper glacier and summit zone (4,800') with continuous skiing down to 3,900'. Hello, I just wanted to let you know the Boyz opened up the Coliseum and Monte Cristo today in blower pow WOW. First tracks and no one else up there. Got a ride dtc from ole zippy, he had a luxury motor coach full of juice boxes. I was hoping for Fresca but I'm not complaining.
